Warm up with some rolling and plyo then:

5x5 Incline Press

then:

2 Rounds for Time:

24x Deadlift @ 315#
24x Wall Balls
24x Box Jump - Focus on exploding off the ground, the less amount of time on the ground the better.
24x Bench Press @ 205#
24x Wall Balls
24x Box Jumps
24x Hang Cleans @ 155#

Run 1.5 miles at a fast pace then cool down.

C- Incline 205# for all 5 rounds, WOD 34:10. The WOD took a little more time then I was expecting. The weight felt a little heavy and plus I was alone so I was dragging.
