in under 10:00 minutes. You can do the work anyway you feel will get it done the fastest.
I broke the set up in to 10 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 10 squats
then
3 rounds of
10 mile bike +
2 mile run
It was finally nice enough to do this workout outside

Each 10 mile bike took me about 30 minutes and the 2 mile run took about 15:00 - roughly 2 hours of work around my neighborhod in the sun.
