AMRAP 10 minutes:

5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats

Skill work on clean and jerk then:

3 RM Front Squat

then,

as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

165lb Squat Clean & Jerk

C- 3RM Font Squat 245#, 165# Squat C&J - 15 Rounds, this was not fun but was a very good workout.
