foam roller, stretching

then
15 min AMRAP of
9x 155# deadlift
12x push-ups (chest to floor, release hands)
15x box jumps (24")

then
5 rounds of
30 cal Airdyne
60m bear crawl

completed 10 rounds and 8 deadlift. some of the crossfit beasts completed 15 rounds of this thing.
