heart rate
I am focusing on moving away from heavy strength training and working more high heart interval stuff. So, I spent today on the AirDyne doing work.
4 rounds of
5:00 work / 3:00 rest
working for the same calorie output each time
then
6 rounds of
2:00 work / 1:00 rest
working for the same calorie output each time
