1st day

Today was the 1st day of my 12-week program in preparation for the Speedgoat 50K.  This program was designed by Brian McKenzie.

The double unders and situps took me 8:01 to complete. The double unders weren't bad and I completed most of them unbroken, but the situps got a little difficult.
