max effort to read each distance

So, last week May 23-29 I started working more "distance" into my schedule. If anything is weak it is my physical stamina past the 2+ hour range. My mind also has a hard time convincing my body that I can compete effectively after the 2:00 hour range because I rarely train that long. I think I am going to start posting how far I train each week until the Mountain Tropics Tri on August 13th.

May 23-29 Totals:
Swim: 2 miles
Bike: 113 miles
Run: 10 miles

This workout was accomplished in the gym on a stationary bike. I worked to keep my average watts the same for each round, and finished with an average of 280 per round.
