It's hard for me to hold back a little this week and let my body prepare for Saturday. I want to go all out, but I have to hold it back a little. Here is a little work from the CF Endurance website. I have been following it and will be following it the rest of the week.
Sunday: Easy 1 hour spin/ride
Monday: Heavy Lift 5X3 Back squat @70% of 5X3 max
Tuessday: Swim a.m. (1 mile) // CF p.m. Helen @70% effort
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: Brick run-bike-run 800/1.5mile/800
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Race
