10:00 warm-up w/ bare-foot jump rope: single legged, singles, double-unders. I am going to commit to doing DU everyday until I can rock out 2:00min of unbroken DU. I have done the work many times, but have never completed it. The most I have ever done is about 1:15 unbroken. It will take a few weeks, but I am confident with improved skills it will be done.

then:

Pull-ups 5 rounds of
3x weighted (45#)
5x strict
7x kipping
rest 1:00 between rounds (work must be unbroken to count the round)

10:00 for max rounds of
135# BB lunges (3x each leg)
30 double unders

I, unfortunately, had to go to Gold's on VanWinkle this morning. I want to murder this idiot that grunts during his whole workout. He is a moron. Grunting while doing effing reverse curls and plank holds. Grunting while doing seated shoulder press. Grunting while doing pull-downs. He is a mornon, and next time I go I am going to throw down.
