blow dryer

The heat has been turned on in SLC. At 6:00AM it was already around 80 degrees. We hit some cool areas along the ride, but up on Wasatch Blvd. it felt like a dryer vent was blowing in your face. Jameson, Jace and I rode along 2300 east to Porcupine Grill, then jumped onto Wastach Blvd and did two sprints from Old Mill Golf Course to 4500 south. It was around 2.50 miles on sprinting, with the recovering riding back from 45th to Old Mill. The second round needed to be within :30 of the first attempt. All three of us averaged around 6:00 with about a 10:00 minute recovery.

I made this video for a client. Let me know what you think:

Stuart: 6:00 flat for each 2.5 mile sprint along Wasatch.
Jameson: 6:22 first round and 6:19 for the second round.

My heart rate got up to 187 on the final climb to 4500 South. It kinda made me sick.
