I love the idea that "diligently" doing small things are what matter most to the creation of our lives.
AM:

then

4:00 push press (30# db)
1:00 rest
4:00 step-ups
1:00 rest
4:00 burpees
1:00 rest
4:00 jumping pull-ups
PM:
15 x 200m sprints
