10, 10, 8, 8, 6, 6, 4

then:
10:00 minutes for max rounds of
10x back extensions
5x back squat @ 135#

then:
10:00 minute for max rounds of
5 KTE
5 Pull-ups

Evening Work:
Run 8 x 400m, rest 1:30, hold within 3-5 seconds.
