patience

AM WORK:

60# DB bench +
70# DB lunges (5 steps each leg)
Start with 10 reps on bench and then add one rep each set until you can't go anymore.

then:
50-40-30
back extensions +
36' box jump

PM WORK:
1 mile swim at race pace

I worked up to 18 reps on the DB bench. The final rounds of this WOD crushed my legs. So, when I finished I worked some fast box jumps to hopefully teach them to fire fast and hard.
