Bike sprints along 2700 East. Moving from 3900 south to 4500 south for maximum speed and effort. Each effort took between 1:22-1:31 minutes to complete with a full recovery between rounds.
Dr. Blackwood and I getting out sprints on along 2700 east starting at 6:00 and finishing at 7:00. It was a good sprint workout that helped me see how hard I could push it and for how long. Rest and recover the rest of day with no PM workout.
