Chief

Incline Press 12x2 on the minute everyminute.  55% of your 1RM.

then the chief,

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

My meatheadness got the best of me and I didn't stick to the 55% and used the weight of 185#. Which after 12 rounds I could def feel it.

The Chief - I subbed thrusters in place of the cleans, which after doing incline really worked me over.
