Baseline:  ROM Drills, Frog Complex 4 rounds 75 – 105# w/ push-up chaser
Strength:  10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 – 1 Bench Press
Stamina:  Chipper 20 x BP @ 80% 1RM, 100 x Bench Press @ 60% body weight, Buddy carry 800M
Work Capacity:  AMRAP 20 minutes:
  • 6 x Dead Lift (225# / 165#)
  • 6 x Hang Power Clean (135# / 95#)
  • 6 x Push-Press (115# / 75#)
Durability:  Sprint 10 x 200M (:30 interval)
