Dominican Hangover

Exercise was non-existant last week -- which was a great thing.  I'm back and jumping into the deep end with both feet wearing a 40# vest.  


5 rounds:
One Minute Max effort Dead Lift (135#)
One Minute Max effort Ball Slam (20#)
One Minute Max effort Bench Press (115#)
Rest 1 minute

5 rounds of 
20 burpee pull-ups 
rest 1 minute 
each round must beat the previous time

Each 20x round of burpree pull-ups took about 1:20
