Tuesday: 20 miles bike loop to Bell's Canyon and back.  Worked on staying in aero and grinding in the big ring.  


Wednesday:

+ 30m bear crawl 
+ 30m walk back (rest) 
(then do the same with 50# kb and then 60# kb) 
3 rounds at each weight 
then 


75# barbell complex 
6x deadlift

15x floor wipers

I have not taken any form of chemical stimulant since January. My resting heart rate has dropped 5 beats per minute on average, and my working heart rate while riding has decreased about 15 beats per minute from around 160 to 145. It takes a long time to get my body to get to the point where it is ready to hit it hard. Wattage has increased a little with the lower heart rate.
