Worked out at gymjones today. We did the following:
Warm up: 1 mile run with bear crawls
Those burpees sucks
10 pull-ups
20 KB swings 53lbs
30 box jump
40 push-ups
50 sit-ups
60 burpees
10 pull-ups
4 minutes of DB push press - 30 sec amrap, 30 sec static hold
Warm Down...
