Box Breathing techniques

Breathing Ladder - KB 53# 1-20-1

Then:

100x Thrusters @ 95#
On the minute every minute do 5x burpees.

Start off with as many reps of thrusters until you hit the 1st minute then perform 5 burpees.  Continue again with thrusters until the 2nd minute then perform 5 more burpees and so on until you hit 100 total thrusters.
