Every 10 Seconds you add one push-up until
0-10 Seconds: 1 Push-ups
10-20 Seconds: 2 Push-ups
20-30 Seconds: 3 Push-ups
30-40 Seconds: 4 Push-ups
40-50 Seconds: 5 Push-ups
60-70 Seconds: 4 Push-ups
70-80 Seconds: 3 Push-ups
80-90 Seconds: 2 Push-ups
90-100 Seconds: 1 Push-up
