Post loads and go deep.
Use a dynamax ball or DB for butt check

Leg Press (5 Plates on each side)
Deadlift @ 185#

Tabata - Partner
Back Squat @ 135# 
DB Lunge 40# DB overhead and 20# at side

400 meter run
10 one arm DB snatch @ 35# (each arm)
5 DeadLift @ 225#
