6 Push Press
6 Back Squat

Tabata (8 Rounds, 20 sec on, 20 sec off)
L-Sit

3-5 Rounds 
10x Back Squats @ 205#
15x Deadlift @ 250#
20x Weighted Atomic Situps

3 Rounds
Arnie Style Front Squats (6-8 Reps, 15 sec 2-3 reps, 15 sec 2-3 reps)
10x Romanian Deadlift x 185#
