3 Warm Up Rounds of
20x Air Squats
20x Prisoner Squats (Arms behind the head)
20x Squats holding a 35# out in front of you (Arms extended fully)
Back Squat breathing ladder with 135#
1-10-1
With a 30 second rest between each round do the following:
1 Squat Clean, 1 Step Up (1 for both legs)
2 Squat Clean, 2 Step Up (2 for both legs)
etc.... until failure
3 Rounds (1 minute Rest)
10x Deadlift - 1.5x BW
10x Box Jump (Level 15)
Calves
3 rounds heavy seated calf raises
Tabata leg press calf with 3 plates on each side
