With a continuous running clock perform 3 Clean and Jerks @ 165# for 12 minutes at the top of every minute.

Cable ISO Hold - 30 on 30 off for a total of 3 sets on each side
Push Press @ 135# Reps of 12, 10, 8, 6
Pull Ups Reps of 24, 20, 16, 12
First set you will perform 12 Push Presses then 24 Pull-ups, then 10 Presses and 20 Pull Ups....
Go as fast as you can.
