After the first two rounds of MAX FRONT SQUAT most of the fatigue came in our backs rather then our legs. It was difficult to hold on to the bar for the whole 90 seconds. To say the least it was uncomfortable, but that is why we did it - to get to a place that would push our minds AND our bodies. The last three rounds took teamwork to push through. Alone I would have stopped at 3 rounds.
