After a couple weeks of inward delibrations about doing 300FY I final grew a pair and did it this morning. The last time I did it was May 2010. I felt strong and moved fast, but didn't keep a strong enough pace. At 5:00 I arrived at 143cal (7 behind). This time I worked to keep a consistant pace of 30cal per minute, but I was losing about 2 cal per minute. I finished and recovered quickly. 181 average heart rate with a max of 189. This thing is within reach.
