Finishing with a 2000m row pushed me to the breaking point. I have done two other 2000m rows for time and wanted to break the 7:00 mark, but after the first 500m at a sub 140 pace my body shut it down. I struggled to keep a 1:55 pace. It the 2000m had been done at the beginning of the workout I might have had a chance at sub 7:00.
