after having not done cousins for a real long time helped me forget how much I don't enjoy doing more then about 10. So the sets of 50, 40 and 30 caused a great deal of discomfort.
15:00 on the AirDyne was a test in pacing. I didn't want to come out too hard, but I wanted to try and pace myself beyond the regular 10:00 sprint. The first four minutes took my heart rate through the roof and then I settled into it. i paced at about 26 calories a minute and had to hustle in the final two minutes to get 65. i finished with 396.
