It's time to switch some training around. I have been on the trainer all winter, and I it's time to start moving my body to run more. I have felt and seen a huge difference with endurance and leg power, it will be nice to test it on the road.
20 minute run
then
4 rounds of
20 kb wings (70lbs)
30m lunges (45# plate over head)
2:00 minutes (30cal) pace AirDyne
rest 2:00 minutes
