on the minute every minute for 10 minutes:
3x thrusters @ 135# w/ 10 second hold at the top of each rep

then

7 rounds for time of
10 wall ball
10 pull-ups

stabilization of the bar at the top of the rep was a great change of pace.

wall ball WOD: 4:52...this thing was fast and dirty. I didn't stop and refused to rest. All sets went unbroken.
