early morning

I have been advised to add an extra "day of rest" to my schedule, so I am going to start resting a full day on Wednesdays from now on.  I took advantage of that rest day yesterday, and it did wonders for my Thursday workout this morning.  I was firing on all cylinders and I am confident that the work I did today was much more effective because I was almost fully recovered from Monday-Tuesday.  


20 minute warm-up (running, squats, back extensions, push-ups) 


BB Lunges 
12x 135# 
10x 155#
8x 175# 
6x 185# 
Finish the set with: 12 lunges @ 155# 
12 back squats x 155# 


rest 5:00 minutes 
then 


10:00 max rounds of 
10 wall ball 20# 
10 KTE 
10 box jump 24"
