I extremely underestimated this workout. I thought it would be fast and fairly easy. Nope. The whole thing took me 29:03
I did this WOD today -- and I went in thinking it would be bad after reading what Chris wrote. By the second set of x10 I was ready to drop the weight. I had to break up most of the last 5 sets, but I pushed on to finish in 33:49. Ugly. My quads are going to be wrecked.
