Strength: work to 3RM bench Press
Stamina: 5 rounds: 3 x Bench Press @ 80% 3RM, 20 x hand release push-ups, Jingle Jangle
Work Capacity: On the minute do:
- 2 pull-ups, 3 push-ups, 4 air squats, then max front squats (135#)
- Get to 100 front squats as fast as possible

Chris: Bench Press - 3RM 275
WOD - 11 rounds - I was able to do 9 rounds with 10 front squats each time until the last round I had to split it up in 2 sets of 5. Overall I VERY good workout, but my lower back and quads would say otherwise.
